Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days
  • Transit Time: 9-12 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 10-15 business days
  • Currency: All prices are in USD
  • Cut-off Time: 16:00 (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (Sheridan, WY) (Mon – Fri)
  • Courier Services: Royal mail, FedEx, DHL and SkyNet.
  • Shipment Confirmation: Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Tracking Activation: Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

    Order Modifications & Cancellations

    • You may modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

    • After this timeframe, all orders are considered final.

    • If an order cannot be cancelled, you may still request a return or exchange in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

    Delivery Exceptions & Missed Deliveries

    • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave your parcel at a local pickup point.

    • You will receive instructions on how to collect your order.

    • If delivery is refused, any return shipping costs or additional fees may be deducted from your refund.

    Damaged or Lost Shipments

    • All shipments from Gulls Closet are fully insured.

    • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@gullscloset.com.

    • We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue quickly. Depending on the case, we will provide either a replacement shipment or a full refund.

    Address Changes

    If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@gullscloset.com within 24 hours of placing your order or before processing begins.
    We will do our best to update your details before the package is dispatched.
