Yes, changes or cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, all orders are final. If not cancelled, you may request a return or exchange as per our policy.

Gulls Closet fully insures all shipments. If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us at info@gullscloset.com and our team will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. 

We do not charge any restocking fee for returned or exchanged items.
