Refund Process

Restocking Fees – Absolutely None!

At Gulls Closet, we believe in transparency and fairness. We do not charge any restocking fee for returned or exchanged items. You can return eligible products without worrying about extra costs for repackaging or restocking.

Important Information

  • If you are returning an item for a reason other than it being defective or incorrect, the return shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
